Put Those Kids in a Car Seat!
Nov 17A woman is weaving in and out of traffic, while putting on her makeup. Three children are in the car, one in a car seat, two are not. One of these children is sitting next to her in the front seat. None of these children are old enough to be riding without a child restraint. The safety educator in me is not happy.
